To ensure the damage occurred prior to or during the delivery process, a continuous, unedited video recording of the package unboxing is mandatory for all exchange requests.

The unboxing video must clearly show:

The entire process of opening the package.

The discovery of the damage or defect on the product.

Exchange requests submitted without this mandatory unedited unboxing video proof will be immediately rejected.
